    Heaviest auxiliary permitted Shippigan Spur - 75 tons
2.4 System and foreign type loaded cylindrical covered hopper cars except those in
    the 377-378-379000 series must not be handled.

4. PUBLIC CROSSINGS AT GRADE
4.1 Railway Transport Order No. R-9855, dated Ottawa, 5 October 1970, states that
    all movements over 12th Street crossing in the Town of Shippigan, Mileage 7.16,
    Shippigan Spur, shall be protected by a member of the crew.
4.2 Flashing lights and bell have been installed and are in service at public
    highway crossing, Mile 7.05 Shippigan Spur. All trains and engines must stop
    within 100 feet of this crossing and make certain flashing lights and bell are
    operating for a minimum of twenty-two (22) seconds before proceeding over
    crossing.
