1990/02/25 Canadian Atlantic Railway Employee Timetable
This is the February 25, 1990 Canadian Pacific Railway employee timetable, covering the
Canadian Atlantic Railway (CAR). The CAR was an internal shortline of Canadian Pacific covering the New Brunswick
and Nova Scotia lines of the Canadian Pacific, including the old Dominion Atlantic Railway (DAR) in Nova Scotia.
Changes from the October 30, 1988 timetable include:
- Downgrade of the West Saint John Subdivision to a spur
- Downgrade of the St. Andrews Subdivision to a spur, only to the Champlain Spur and not to the town of St. Andrews itself (Abandonment order 1988-R-897 dated October 7, 1988)
- Removal of the Tobique Subdivision (Abandonment order 1989-R-91 dated May 12, 1989)
- Removal of the Houlton Subdivision (Abandonment order 1989-R-42 dated March 3, 1989)
- Downgrade of the Southampton Subdivision to a spur
- Removal of the Aroostook Subdivision (Abandonment order 1989-R-41 dated March 3, 1989)
- Downgrade of the Truro Subdivision to a spur (Abandonment Order R-39358 (by the Railway Transport Committee, Canadian Transport Commission) dated May 22, 1986)
